Names of God

As I mentioned in a reply to a post, I really feel cheated that the Bible doesn't use the names of God in their original context. I did a Beth Moore study last year and we learned some of the names of God and it struck me then as odd that it wasn't in MY Bible. How was I suppose to have known that if I didn't take a Bible Study class or go to the right church? I think that just by hearing the names and their meaning that you can develope a love and start to grasp His awesomeness right there. Eve… Continue

Church with the KIDS

Well, yesterday was the second time for me in the elelmentary kids room instead of church service. I loved it. We have a great bunch of kids back there and I really had a good time with them. Mrs. Martensen did a wonderful job teaching them all about being kind. We are in a series about dogs. It's fun to see the kids associate things they know and love with the Bible principals we're trying to teach them.
